When you order merchandise, we will require personal information to process the order. Borealblue will need your name and shipping address, billing address, credit card number and expiry date. If we have trouble processing and order, this contact information will be used to get in touch with the customer.

Borealblue takes every precaution to protect our users information. All passwords and information provided by you to us is confidential and never shared with anyone else. We do not store credit card information of any sort. We work with Paypal for all payments. When you make a purchase on Borealblue, Paypal does the payment processing for us and hence we do not ask for your credit card information, neither do we store it with us.

When you place an order with borealblue, you are automatically signed up on our e-mail list. We will be notifying customers of new products and seasonal specials. To opt out of receiving communications from borealblue, just logon to the site, click on "My Account" and Edit your Account information to Unsubscribe to the newsletter.
