Borealblue has a thirty (30) day return policy in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Merchandise must be in its original condition and not altered, damaged or engraved. All refunds will be processed using the same method of payment by which the item was originally purchased.
We will not refund the shipping portion of the purchase, however if you choose to exchange the item, we will ship the new purchase free of charge.
To return an item send the merchandise back to us with the original packaging and a copy of the invoice. The merchandise must be unused and send in a prepaid envelope/package. We will not accept Cash on Delivry (COD) returns and we are not responsible for merchandise that is lost or stolen during shipping. A refund will be issued within a few days of receipt of returned merchandise. We will send you an e-mail notification the day the refund is processed.
