Orders of $100 or more will be shipped free of charge using Xpresspost (four to five days from submission of order or date order is processed). For faster shipping the FedEx option may be chosen for the regular rate.

Borealblue will ship to a street address only, (not to a P.O. box). This is a Borealblue policy and a FedEx policy due to security issues. All shipments are fully insured.
We will send an e-mail notification when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be included in this notification. For all orders sent via FedEx you will be able to track your order at www. FedEx .com .
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Once an order has entered the shipping process your order cannot be canceled. Borealblue is set up to handle and ship all orders quickly and efficiently. So if your order cannot be cancelled in time, simply return it according to our 30 day return policy.
